Find your Tribe

Last week we were listening to the Google Teacher Tribe podcast as they talked about the importance of finding your tribe. As we listened, we thought about our campus and how many of you have teamed up to tackle your personalized professional learning goals this year.

When we collaborate to achieve a goal, we can serve as a support system, brainstorming partner, and cheerleader for each other.  Many of your goals are taking you out of your comfort zone.  We are so proud that you are choosing to take a risk and try new things in your classrooms.

We want to encourage you to GO FOR IT!!!

Take a risk!

Try something new!

Share your ideas with others!

Start a movement!

Like a guy who starts dancing at a concert all alone, but ends up starting a movement – making the concert even better for everyone!!!

See what we mean here.

We are so excited to see movements starting at our school! Find others who are working toward the same goal and support each other! Share your successes and failures – they help us all grow. As the old saying goes, “If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.”
